Let’s get the colouring book working again.

Saved colouring appears in My Colouring Book inside the app. Pictures are stored locally on the device and are not uploaded to Made By Dad.

Check that the same app installation and device profile are being used. Clearing app or browser data, deleting the app or some device clean-up actions can remove locally stored pictures. Because artwork is not uploaded, Made By Dad cannot restore it from a server.

Open the Parent Area, use the restore-purchases control and make sure the device is signed into the same Apple or Google account that made the original purchase. A store connection is required.

Confirm the purchase completed rather than remaining pending, then use Restore Purchases in the Parent Area. Closing and reopening the app can also refresh the store entitlement.

Use the speaker control at the top of the app to cycle through the sound choices, or open the Parent Area for the full sound setting.

Yes. The Parent Area includes a left-handed layout option, saved on the device.

Open the Parent Area for print controls, or use the camera/save route from the colouring screen. The exact Photos, share and print prompts depend on the iOS or Android device.

The app and the relevant picture assets must have loaded or been installed before they can be used offline. Purchases and purchase restoration still require a connection to Apple or Google.

Include the app version shown in the Parent Area, device model, iOS or Android version, the screen you were on, what you expected and what happened instead. The Parent Area can compose a diagnostic email with useful technical details without sending it automatically.
