Made By Dad is operated in the United Kingdom by Sean Scott. In these terms, “Made By Dad”, “we” and “us” refer to that operator.
1. Website use
You may browse, link to and share public pages on this website for lawful personal, editorial or educational purposes. Do not attempt to disrupt the website, misuse its content or present yourself as Made By Dad.
2. Free printable colouring pages
The printable colouring pages may be downloaded and printed for personal, family, nursery, school or classroom use. You may print multiple copies for children in your care or class.
You may not sell the printables, include them in a paid product, upload or redistribute the original files, remove Made By Dad attribution where present, or claim the artwork as your own. If you want to use a page beyond these permissions, contact Made By Dad first.
3. Colouring Book: Made By Dad
The app is licensed for personal, non-commercial use under these terms and the terms of the Apple App Store or Google Play store through which it is obtained. A parent or guardian is responsible for supervising a child's use and for device settings, sharing destinations and printing.
The app is provided as a creative product, not as educational, medical, therapeutic or developmental advice.
4. Purchases and restores
Paid content is intended to be purchased by grown-ups through Apple or Google. Store prices, payment, receipts, refunds and account rules are handled by the relevant store. Non-consumable purchases can normally be restored through the same store account, subject to store availability and rules.
Deleting the app or clearing its data may remove locally saved artwork and settings. Restoring a purchase does not restore colouring that was stored only on the device.
5. Intellectual property
Made By Dad branding, app interfaces, colouring artwork, written content and downloadable assets are owned by Made By Dad or used with permission. These terms grant permission to use the product and printables as described; they do not transfer ownership.
6. Availability and changes
Made By Dad may improve, update, replace or withdraw website content, printables or app features. Reasonable care is taken to keep information accurate, but store availability, device behaviour and third-party services can change.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Made By Dad is not responsible for indirect loss, lost locally stored artwork, device or printer issues, or third-party services outside its control. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
